Return and exchange terms of service
TNE: You can apply for a return within 15 days from the date you sign the goods, but you will not be eligible for the return service in the following cases:
1. Any goods not sold by TNE;
2. The date of application for return is more than 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods;
3. Any damage caused by abnormal use, storage or personal reasons of the buyer, including but not limited to self-modification, washing, surface scratching, oiling, embroidery, washing, acid, alkali, oil or hard objects. Wearing on rainy days, wearing for a long time;
4. Goods with damaged outer packaging or incomplete accessories (including but not limited to: the tag is lost or has been cut from the merchandise; the merchandise accessories manual, the merchandise label, the merchandise warranty is lost or damaged; the outer packaging of the merchandise is damaged, etc.);
5. If you have not applied, send it back to TNE by yourself;
6. Due to filling in the wrong address, did not send the goods to the correct address;
Return shipping terms
Returned goods due to business reasons, return shipping costs are subsidized by TNE. The goods are sent back to the buyer for advance payment. After the merchant receives the goods and confirms the correctness, TNE will pay the buyer the freight. Due to the buyer’s reasons such as style, color, size, personal preference, etc., the freight returned by the buyer shall be borne by the buyer. Due to the buyer’s personal reasons for rejecting the order, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For exchanges caused by merchant reasons, the return shipping fee is subsidized by TNE. The goods are sent back to the buyer for advance payment. After the merchant receives the goods and confirms the correctness, TNE will pay the buyer the freight.
Return classification description
1. The packaging of the goods and the goods itself is damaged or the fittings are missing, which will not be returned if the secondary sales are affected;
2. The goods in the gift bag or suit will not be accepted for partial return.
The following conditions are not quality issues:
1. Unobvious thread, scratch marks, pinholes, individual missing needles, jump stitches, loose buttons, tiny spinning (especially chiffon, silk clothes), uneven stitching, inconspicuous traces are not straight Etc.
2. Small areas of stains; light-colored goods on the dirty; the taste of the goods;
3. The goods are manually tiled in real quantity, due to different measurement methods, the measurement results and the actual size have a 2-4cm error;
4. Due to light or different computer monitor brightness, color, resolution and other reasons, the color has some errors.
