1. Number definition:
“Number” refers to the height of the human body, measured in centimeters, which is the basis for designing and choosing the length of clothing.
“Type” refers to the upper body bust and lower body bust of the human body. The unit is cm, which is the basis for designing and purchasing clothing.
2. Body type classification:
The body shape is divided based on the difference between the bust and waist circumference of the human body, and the human body shape is divided into four categories. The body type classification codes are Y, A, B, and C respectively.
3. Type mark:
type is represented by a slash between the number and the type, followed by the body type classification code. For example, top 160/84A, where 160 is height, representative number, 84 is bust, representative type, A is body type classification; bottom 160/68A, where 160 is height, representative number, 68 is waist circumference, representative type, A is Body type classification.
The size must be marked on the clothing. The upper and lower parts of the suit are marked with numbers respectively.
4. Number type series:
The type series is the reference basis for specification formulation and purchase of ready-made garments in mass production of garments. The size series is centered on the intermediates of each body shape, and it is composed of increasing or decreasing order to both sides. The clothing specifications are also designed based on this series with the amount of relaxation added.
The height can be divided into 5cm files to form a series; the bust circumference can be divided into 4cm files to form a series; the waist circumference can be divided into 4cm or 2cm files to form a series. The height, chest circumference, and waist circumference are matched to form the 5.4 or 5.2 type series respectively.
